ONE DAY Filmmaking Workshop

A ONE DAY Intensive Hands-On Filmmaking Workshop that walks you through the process of shooting a movie on location. Hosted by award winning writer/director/producer Glenn Payne (Driven, Stagrassle Paranormal, Earthrise).

The class will film a scripted scene. Each person in the workshop will have the option to learn practice each department involved in making an independent film (Cinematography, Lighting Design, Sound Operator, Grip, etc). Throughout the day students will continue to rotate so you get a sense of each job. Spots will be limited so you're urged to sign up asap. Gear, Location, and Actors will be provided.

Once the film is pieced together it will be uploaded to youtube and released publicly as class project. There will be a one hour lunch break around 12:00pm (a great time for networking). April 20th, 9:30am-4pm (approximate) at the Link Centre in Tupelo (1800 West Main Street). Ages 18 and up (with some spots available for mature teens).

Student Discount: $65 (with current ID)
